Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries effectively
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to convert leads
Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrolments
Coordinate with academic and admissions teams
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong counselling and convincing abilities
Student-centric and empathetic approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
