Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- As the first point of contact, the receptionist must create a positive first impression for visitors.
2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- The receptionist must handle phone calls efficiently and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
3. Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
- Maintaining a tidy workspace shows professionalism and attention to detail.
4. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Managing incoming mail ensures that important correspondence reaches the intended recipients promptly.
5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Supporting the office with various tasks helps maintain workflow and organization.
